DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Absolutely, if there are any problems with your order and you are unsatisfied, email gunnar@whatsthemove.co and we will make sure to correct any issues. Our policy does however state that cancellations must be made within 60 business days of the purchase date for refunds to be validated.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT POLICY?
We plan to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after the orders are placed assuming the merchandise is already created. On preorders, we plan to have all orders shipped out within 3-5 business days of the merchandise being finished. On orders where delivery or pickup is selected, the same policy will apply.
